The Company upholds the basic principle of the business that has been run since the beginning, namely that the Company does not only sell products (rice), but also sells the best service to customers.
The Company also always strives to maintain good and long-term relationships with customers, by always making every effort to meet the needs of customers.
The Company regularly analyzes historical customer order data. This is done not only for internal needs (preparation of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods), but also to help customers avoid rice shortages that could affect their business.
The Company is able to do these things for the best service for customer satisfaction because the Company always maintains rice inventory, and has its own delivery fleet and delivery personnel so that it is easier to arrange if sudden or unscheduled deliveries are needed.

The Company implements strict quality control on all raw materials delivered by suppliers. By ensuring the quality of rice raw materials and using modern technology in processing rice into quality rice products, the Company expects customers to be satisfied with the rice products they receive.

In producing rice, the Company also uses modern technology machines to produce the best quality rice, which is clean, sterile and healthy. No wonder that quite a number of external parties have asked the Company for its rice processing services (maklon) over the years.
The rice products produced by the Company do not contain bleach, preservatives, and fragrance (3P). The color and fragrance of the rice products produced by the Company are natural colors and fragrances obtained from quality rice raw materials and after going through a safe and hygienic production process. The quality of the Company’s rice products has been tested by many customers in the market.
4. Modern Packaging Technology
In general, rice producers use a vacuum system in packaging their rice products. The goal is to make their rice products last longer. Unfortunately, fully vacuum-packed rice can be difficult to display, such as in sales areas or shelves in traditional and modern markets, due to its stiff and hard condition.
The Company takes a different approach, which not only protects the interests of the end customers who consume the Company’s rice products, but also makes it easier to display them for sale.
The Company packages its rice products not by fully vacuuming, but by using oxygen absorber technology. With this technology, the packaged rice will not be as stiff and hard as if fully vacuumed. As a result, the Company’s rice products not only last longer due to oxygen absorber technology, rather than preservatives, but are also easier to display in sales areas or shelves in traditional and modern markets.

Although the Company focuses on specialty rice mainly for customers from the hospitality segment (hotels, restaurants, cafes), the Company still offers general rice (medium and premium). The various types of rice that the Company offers are certainly in line with the needs of various customers from different segments, not only for the horeka segment.
6. Product Private Label & Customized
The Company is not only ready to produce rice using the brand owned by the customer (private label), but also ready to produce rice according to the customer’s request (customized products). With this capability, the Company can offer rice products with flavors, aromas, textures, and moisture content in accordance with customer requests.
7. Complete Sales and Distribution Permits
All rice products produced by the Company have passed the test and have been certified. The Company is one of the rice producers and suppliers in Indonesia that has complete licenses, both selling and distribution licenses.
The Company has a halal certificate from the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia with number ID00410006982830723. The halal certificate owned by the Company is valid for all rice products produced by the Company.
The Company has also obtained a license from the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture for all rice products produced by the Company. The RI Ministry of Agriculture license is a very important advantage, considering the difficulty of rice producers to obtain such licenses. In order to obtain the license, the Company is required to adopt a plasma farming system to maintain the quality of the rice produced. In addition, the Company must also obtain approval from a government agency, namely the Regional Food Safety Competent Authority (OKKPD).
