The Corporate Secretary has an important role in supporting the Board of Directors in building and maintaining positive relationships with all relevant parties. The management of the Corporate Secretary, including its appointment and dismissal, is determined through a Board of Directors’ Decree, thus the Corporate Secretary is directly responsible to the Board of Directors of the Company.
