The policy regarding dividends is regulated in the Limited Liability Company Law and the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association which states that the Company is obliged to set aside a certain amount of net profit each financial year for Reserves, where the obligation to set aside for Reserves applies if the Company has a positive balance of profit. The net profit allowance is carried out until the Reserve reaches at least 20% (twenty percent) of the total issued and paid-up capital. The use of net profit including the determination of the amount of allowance for Reserves shall be decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).<\/p><p>It is further stipulated that the Company may distribute interim dividends before the end of the Company&#8217;s financial year to the extent stipulated in the Company&#8217;s articles of association and such interim dividend distribution may be made if the total net assets of the Company do not become smaller than the total issued and paid-up capital plus mandatory reserves. Such interim dividend distribution shall not interfere with or cause the Company to be unable to fulfill its obligations to creditors or disrupt the activities of the Company.<\/p><p>The decision on the distribution of interim dividends is based on a resolution of the Board of Directors after obtaining the approval of the Board of Commissioners, but in the event that after the end of the financial year the Company suffers a loss, the interim dividends that have been distributed must be returned by the shareholders to the Company.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7fa7755 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7fa7755\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe977dc elementor-widget elementor-widget-wgl-double-headings\" data-id=\"fe977dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wgl-double-headings.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wgl-double_heading aleft\">                <h3 class=\"dbl-title_wrapper\"><span class=\"dbl-title dbl-title_1\">Dividends<\/span>                 <\/h3>        <\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8cee165 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8cee165\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In Financial Year 2022, the Company did not pay dividends.
